Campus Recruiter
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, engaging, and building a strong pipeline of talented students and recent graduates from various educational institutions. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early career recruitment and building relationships with students and universities.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with career services, faculty, student organizations, and key stakeholders at target universities.
- Sourcing and Outreach: Identify and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including campus events, job fairs, online platforms, and social media.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and manage a pipeline of high-potential candidates for internship and entry-level roles, ensuring a diverse pool of talent.
- Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute campus recruiting events, including open house, information sessions, workshops, and interviews, to attract and engage students.
- Candidate Experience: Provide positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial outreach to onboarding.
- Data Management: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of campus sourcing strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Brand Ambassador: Promote MAQ Software as an employer of choice by effectively communicating our culture, values, and career opportunities to students and recent graduates.
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Experience in campus recruiting is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to build relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
