Job Title: Campus Recruiter
Location: Dwarka, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with colleges and universities, identifying top talent, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process for entry-level roles and internship programs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for helping students launch their careers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with colleges and universities to build relationships and establish strong recruitment pipelines.
  • Plan and execute campus recruiting events, including career fairs, presentations, and interviews.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for entry-level positions and internships.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and align campus recruiting strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with student organizations, faculty, and campus career services.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve campus recruiting strategies.
  • Represent the company’s values and culture to attract top student talent.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting, HR, or campus recruitment.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel to college campuses for recruitment events.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
  • Prior experience in campus recruitment or university relations.
  • Knowledge of hiring trends and best practices for entry-level talent acquisition.
