Call Centre Representative
**Position Overview:**
We are looking for motivated and experienced Call Center team members with a background in telecalling or inside sales.
The candidate will be responsible for handling both inbound and outbound calls, converting leads into appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle inbound calls related to inquiries for healthcare services such as MRI, Sonography, X-ray, CT Scan, and Pathology.
- Make outbound calls to follow up with patients, confirm appointments, and promote healthcare services.
- Convert leads generated by the digital marketing team into revenue by effectively convincing customers to book appointments.
- Provide accurate information to patients about the center's services, pricing, and scheduling.
- Maintain patient records and update the database with call details and outcomes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of patient queries and service delivery.
- Meet daily and monthly targets for lead conversion and patient follow-up calls.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a related field (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Fluent communication skills in **Hindi and Gujarati**.
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to handle patient concerns empathetically.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
**Location:** Usmanpura Imaging Centre, Vadaj New akhbarnagar Ahmedabad
Age Limit : Below 35
