Ø Manage customer disputes and issues in a positive manner. Ø Interacts effectively with the Operations team, business partners, and internal departments. Ø Demonstrate awareness, motivation, and technical skills to assist in the development and growth of the contact center teams and help to identify process improvements Ø Assess all in-bound calls to accurately and efficiently address caller’s needs Ø Customers of health care providers often need assistance finding information about appointments and services and resolving issues. Ø Identify patients’ and other customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
