Role: Business Development Executive Location: WFH (US SHIFT) Experience: 0- 1 year Working days: Monday to Friday Working hrs: 7:30PM to 3:30AM *(Training will be provided by the company and shift timing will be 9AM to 6PM)* Role & responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a consistent basis.
Identify and understand the needs of prospects, and provide information about suitable products and services.
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients or customers .
Develop a deep understanding of the company's products or services and articulate their benefits to potential customers.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies as needed.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and forecast using CRM tools or other systems.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and follow-up activities.
Requirements:
Must be graduate from recognized university.
Must have confident communication skills.
Experience in IT Sales will be added advantage.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
