Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries.
- Maintain records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations during night shifts.
- Provide excellent customer service through phone or email when needed.
