Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with businesses in Gulf countries
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Manage client communications and handle project negotiations
- Ensure timely follow-up and achieve business targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or related industries
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong understanding of the Gulf market
- Work with a reputable recruitment company with over 15 years of experience
