Broadband Technician
Location: Near Kurar Metro Station

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Broadband Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of broadband services, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure broadband equipment, including routers, and cabling.
- Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on broadband infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to connectivity, signal strength, and service outages.
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients in-person and remotely.
- Conduct site surveys and assessments to determine serviceability and recommend improvements.
- Document all service calls, repairs, and installations accurately and promptly.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
