Computer Hardware Technician
VR Enterprise is seeking a skilled and motivated Computer Hardware Technician to join our team in Ranchi. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of computer hardware components, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in both office and field environments. This role requires flexibility to perform fieldwork across Jharkhand as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hardware Installation & Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems, including desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient problem resolution.
- Field Support: Provide on-site support and maintenance across Jharkhand as required, including travel to client locations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hardware configurations, repairs, and field service activities.
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with clients, providing excellent service and addressing their technical needs and concerns.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduation in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in computer hardware support and maintenance.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware issues.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware components and peripherals.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills for client interactions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork across Jharkhand as needed.
Preferred Attributes:
- Certification in hardware or networking (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Cisco CCNA) is a plus.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
