BPO Trainer
minimum 2 years of experience in BPO Trainer
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with sales team members to improve their sales skills, techniques, and strategies.
✅ Observe sales calls and presentations, offering real-time feedback and guidance.
✅ Analyze sales team performance data, including metrics, KPIs, and sales results.
✅ Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and create action plans.
✅ Work with sales professionals to set and track individual performance goals and targets.
✅ Teach effective sales techniques, Sales Pitch, objection handling, negotiation skills, and closing strategies.
✅ Inspire and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
✅ Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
✅ Maintain records of coaching sessions, progress, and performance improvements.
✅ Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for new hires and existing team members.
✅ Monitor trainee performance and progress during training and after transitioning to the production environment.
✅ Ensure training content aligns with industry standards and client expectations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
