- Answering Customer Enquiries: Respond to customer queries over the phone.
- Handling Complaints: Address customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Providing Support: Offer customer support and guidance.
- Engaging in Positive Conversations: Interact with customers in a positive manner.
- Upselling: Suggest additional products to customers.
- Handle incoming calls to address customer needs.
- Identify customer requirements and provide accurate information.
- Respond to complaints and find solutions.
- Record details of interactions and update customer information.
- Fresher - 1year experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications (such as CRM systems).
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
