- Facility Management Projects
- Industry should be Security/ Housekeeping
- Identifying business opportunities: Researching and identifying potential projects and business opportunities
- Developing proposals: Preparing proposals and bidding documents
- Communicating with clients: Understanding client requirements and providing solutions
- Negotiating terms: Negotiating terms and conditions with clients
- Maintaining relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
- Generating business: Generating business through GEM portal
- Proven experience in facility industry and especially in bidding
- Must be a good communicator with interpersonal skills
- Negotiation and convincing skills
- Must be patient and positive
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
