Bidding on Freelancer Websites: Identify and bid on relevant projects on freelancer websites to secure new business opportunities.
Meeting & Presentations: Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present and demonstrate our machinery and services. Highlight the benefits and technical specifications to clients.
Team Management: Lead and manage the bidding team to ensure goals are met. Provide guidance and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
Communication & Messaging: Engage with potential clients through Whats App, Facebook, and Linked In messaging to generate leads. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Networking: Utilize Linked In and other networking platforms to connect with industry professionals and potential clients. Participate in networking events and online forums to expand our reach.
Negotiation & Sales: Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bidding, business development, or sales.
Strong technical understanding and the ability to articulate complex machinery solutions to clients.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and networking tools.
Willingness to travel across Delhi as needed.
