As a Beauty Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers by providing expert guidance on skincare, makeup, and beauty products. Your key responsibilities include:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understanding their beauty needs and preferences.
- Product Recommendations: Provide personalized advice on products, demonstrating their application and benefits to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Education: Share knowledge about skincare routines, makeup techniques, and the latest beauty trends to empower customers in their choices.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels, merchandising displays, and ensuring products are well-organized and presented.
- Sales Support: Achieve sales goals by promoting new products, seasonal promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to create a positive, supportive environment and achieve store objectives.
- Passion for beauty and skincare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of beauty products and trends.
