Pal College of Technology & Management are seeking an experienced and dedicated B.Com Faculty member to join our academic team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Teach core commerce subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Business Law, Taxation, and Economics to undergraduate students.
- Develop and deliver well-structured lectures, tutorials, and practical classes.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, and assessments that align with the curriculum and academic standards.
- Provide academic guidance and support to students, including mentoring and helping with subject-related challenges.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and assessments.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the B.Com curriculum to ensure it remains current and relevant.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to design course content that meets academic standards and industry needs.
- Engage in research activities to contribute to the academic community and stay updated on developments in the field of commerce.
- Participate in faculty meetings, departmental activities, and contribute to the academic governance of the institution.
- Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures to enhance the learning experience.
- Education: Master’s degree in Commerce (M.Com). A Ph.D. or UGC-NET qualification is preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 years of teaching experience
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, and other commerce-related subjects.
