Unit sales manager is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met. They are typically in charge of setting sales goals, developing sales strategies, training and motivating sales staff/agents, and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for growth. Eligibility criteria - Minimum Graduation Required (Will consider final year pursuing candidates) - must be interested in field sales - Good knowledge of territory/ location applied for - Ability to build a sales network through a team of agents - salary: 3LPA - Bike and driving license is mandatory .
