Backend Executive
We are looking for a motivated Backend Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative support, content management, communication, and providing creative solutions to operational challenges. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, fluency in English (both written and spoken), and an intermediate understanding of graphic design and AI tools are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and file management using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point). Maintain internal databases, student records, and ensure all documentation is up-to-date. Assist in preparing and formatting presentations, reports, and course materials. Coordinate communication between staff, faculty, students, and parents, ensuring clear and timely dissemination of information. Leverage AI tools for automating routine tasks, data entry, and enhancing productivity. Design marketing materials, newsletters, social media posts, and flyers using graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe, etc.). Assist in managing the institute’s online presence, including website content updates and digital marketing efforts. Support the academic team in curriculum delivery by organizing resources and providing backend assistance for online and offline classes. Handle customer service requests, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with AI tools for business tasks (e.g., Chat GPT, Jasper, etc.). Intermediate graphic design skills (experience with Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar tools). Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Experience in an educational institute or related field is a plus.
