Backend Executive
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backend Executive to join our Export Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing export-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional support to the export team.
_Key Responsibilities:_
1. Manage and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, sales, and customer service.
3. Maintain accurate records and reports, including export data, shipment tracking, and customer information.
4. Provide exceptional support to the export team, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner.
5. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
6. Collaborate with the export team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in export management
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, and export management software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
