Back Office Executive- Debt Recovery
Overview:As a Back Office Executive in Debt Recovery, you will play a crucial role in managing the administrative and back-end tasks to support the debt recovery team. Your responsibilities will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the debt recovery process by handling paperwork, documentation, and communication with clients and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹8,100.80 - ₹10,752.34 per month
Schedule:
- Handle administrative tasks related to debt recovery processes
- Assist in the preparation of documentation for debt recovery actions
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding debts and payment arrangements
- Conduct research and analysis on delinquent accounts
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams for debt recovery procedures
- Maintain accurate records of debt recovery activities and follow-up actions
- Support the debt recovery team in managing deadlines and targets
- Assist in negotiating repayment plans with debtors
- Prepare reports on debt recovery activities and progress
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to debt recovery
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in debt recovery or related financial roles
- Strong understanding of debt recovery laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze financial data and delinquent accounts
- Proficiency in MS Office and financial software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Knowledge of collection techniques and best practices
- Proven track record of meeting debt recovery targets
Pay: ₹8,100.80 - ₹10,752.34 per month
