10+ years demonstrated strong expert level technical experience in working with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS, VMWare, Citrix, Nutanix Xi Frame

Strong experience in troubleshooting VDI deployments

Power Shell scripting is required

End-user services domain and associated technical expertise in the following areas: VDI, cloud VDI, and Application Virtualization, workplace automation

Experience with installation, management, operations, administration and support of the hardware and software that provide secure access to the Enterprise Compute systems that require it (e.g., Citrix Metaframe, virtual desktops, Microsoft Terminal Services).

Solution Planning and implementation of VDI – Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)

Understanding of UX monitoring solutions viz Control UP, Sys Track

Develop detailed implementation guidelines, document, process, and use templatized approaches for new and old customer opportunities.

Provide advanced technical support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and management of the Cloud Workspace infrastructure.

Manage the Cloud Workspace labs and ensure it's always up to date with the latest features.

Work with various stakeholders to make sure that the client's policies & devices always up to date and are implemented across the enterprise

Enable enterprise-wide implementation of Cloud Workspace solutions
-
Coordinate with the Unified Communications and Directory Services teams as needed.

Prepare technical documentation and implementation guides as needed to support the Cloud Workspace environment.

Provide recommendations for optimization and assist with implementation of any improvements identified

Ad-Hoc Training for client's IT teams

Provide post-implementation support services as required

Implement campaigns for phased migrations

Develop, document, maintain, and continuously improve Procedures for Virtual Desktop Infrastructure Support Services in accordance with Policies

Install, manage, maintain and support remote access Equipment and Software for in scope components for VDI
-
Test connectivity and accessibility to required environments made available via VDI access on a schedule basis and take corrective action if access to applications is not available via VDI
-
Ability to provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise as required by other IT service areas and Third-Party providers for VDI support

Provide Virtual Desktop technical support using for Level 1, Level 1.5, Level 2, and Level 3 support

Provide image creation, deployment, and management for Virtual Desktops in accordance with Customer Policies and Vendor Procedures

Provide deployment for application and Software for non-standard but authorized items
-
ITIL Foundation Certification
- Certification(s) from OEM providers (e.g., VMWare, Citrix, Microsoft Azure, etc.)
