- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service needs.
- Provide expert advice on automotive repairs and maintenance services.
- Prepare detailed job cards and ensure all work is documented accurately.
- Coordinate with floor supervisor and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding service progress and updates.
- Manage customer expectations and ensure satisfaction with all services provided.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance customer experience.
- Graduate or diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and build rapport with customers.
- Charismatic and approachable, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and automotive software is a plus.
