Job Advert: Tester/Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: Shimla, Himachal Pradesh

Euro Noxx Reserves Private Limited, a dynamic company with brands covering healthcare, beauty, fashion, and telecommunications, is seeking an experienced Tester/Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in Shimla.
Position: Tester/Quality Assurance Specialist
Experience: Minimum 7 years
Language Proficiency: Must read, write, and speak English fluently
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure the quality of our products across various brands.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand requirements and provide feedback on design and implementation.
- Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not adversely affected by new developments.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports on testing results and quality metrics.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in software testing/quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
- Familiarity with our industry sectors (healthcare, beauty, fashion, and telecommunications) is a plus.
