Job Summary: The Department of Periodontics at ITS Dental College Muradnagar invites applications for the position of Reader/Associate Professor in Periodontics. - Teaching:
- Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in periodontics, including lectures, seminars, and clinical instruction.
- Supervise and mentor dental students in clinical practice and research projects.
- Participate in curriculum development, assessment, and academic advising.
- Research:
- Conduct original research in the field of periodontics and publish findings in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure funding through grant proposals and collaborative research initiatives.
- Present research at national and international conferences.
- Service:
- Contribute actively to departmental and College committees.
- Engage in community outreach programs and professional organizations.
- Mentor junior faculty and contribute to their professional development.
- Master’s degree in Dental Surgery (MDS) in Periodontics.
- A minimum of 4 years of teaching experience in a recognized dental institution.
- Strong research credentials with a history of publications in peer-reviewed journals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse academic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership in academic or clinical settings.
- Commitment to fostering student engagement and success.
- Active involvement in continuing professional development and community service.
