Job Summary: As a Corporate Finance Execution Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in executing complex financial transactions, including capital raising through Equity Capital Markets, and other strategic initiatives. You will work closely with senior management and clients to ensure seamless execution of deals, providing critical support throughout the transaction lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution: Lead the execution of equity transactions, including due diligence, drafting of the offer document and valuation analysis.
Client Interaction: Maintain and develop relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring their needs are met throughout the transaction process.
Documentation: Prepare and review transaction-related documents, including offering documents, management presentations, and pitchbooks.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to support transaction strategies and identify potential opportunities.
Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, and risk management, to ensure all aspects of transactions are handled efficiently.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.
Skills:
Strong analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Power Point.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
