Assistant Nursing Superintendent
QUALIFICATION:- Bsc Nursing/Msc Nursing/GNM
Experience:-Min 10 year experience in ICU,Ward & emergency department.
Responsibilities:-v He/She will be responsible for the smooth functioning of the Clinical & Emergency services.
v Ensure proper nursing care by ward sisters which includes bed making, grooming, personal hygiene, dressing, wound care, tracheotomy care etc.
v Ensure implementation of roaster of nursing staff & management of leave & off.
v Monitor proper cleanliness of clinical area, furniture & fixtures. Ensure function ability of equipments in wards, Casualty, Step down ICU/ICU is maintained properly.
v Ensure that patients are properly prepared for radiological & other investigations & are sent to respective dept. in time in safety.
v Ensure proper discipline & work culture amongst Nursing I/C, Nursing sister, attendants & sweeper in her duty Station.
v Ensure proper segregation & disposal of biomedical waste.PPE should followed.
v Visit to each and every patient & monitor execution proper clinical care & enquire patients about their problems relating to nursing discipline & rectify those & checked all patients file.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
