Assembly Supervisor
- Supervise and direct assembly team activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Develop and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity while minimizing resource wastage.
- Demonstrable experience in guiding and motivating a team to achieve objectives efficiently.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team to ensure production goals are met.
- Comprehensive understanding of yarn preparatory machines and related processes.
- Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop efficient solutions to avoid production delays.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in monitoring production quality and implementing improvements to meet industry standards.
- Solid understanding of machinery and equipment, with hands-on ability to perform minor repairs and maintenance.
- A solid understanding of safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for team members.
- Coordinate with other departments to facilitate seamless workflow and address any production-related issues promptly.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment for all assembly staff.
- Evaluate team performance regularly, identifying areas for improvement and providing relevant training as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics, including output, downtime, and quality checks for performance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, incorporating best practices in assembly operations.
- Act as a liaison between management and assembly teams, communicating goals, expectations, and achievements clearly.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
