2. Requirements
2.1 Key Skills
● Proficient in Auto CAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop and similar softwares.
● Design drawings and working drawings.
● Understanding of construction technologies & good understanding of construction detailing.
● Innovative approach to design, outstanding visualization & presentation skills and ability to create designs in 3D.
● Ability to work well under pressure and disciplined working attitude.
● Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
● Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
● Receptive to direction and guidance from Team Lead, strong ability to work amicably in a team environment and decent work ethics.
2.2 Responsibilities and Duties
● Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using Auto CAD and other relevant software.
● Creating detailed drawings, specifications, working drawings and Bo Q for architectural projects.
● Develop 2D and 3D visualizations using tools like Google Sketch Up and Photoshop to support design concepts and presentations.
● Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure that drawings align with the overall design vision.
● Regularly review and update drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from the design team.
● Organize and maintain project files, drawings and related documentation to ensure easy accessibility and version control.
● Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials for client meetings.
● Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to company standards and industry best practices.
2.3 Skills and Qualifications
● Candidates from reputed institutions preferred
● Practical experience minimum 2 years. 2.4 Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Architectural Assistantship
