Architectural Assistant
Hiring: Architectural assistant/Draftsman for a Real Estate firm
Location : Porvorim
Salary budget: Based on experience and last drawn pay
Requirements
-Diploma in architectural assistantship/ ITI qualification
-Should have at least 10 years prior and proven experience in architectural drafting
-Familiarity with project management processes
-Good understanding of construction detailing
-Proficient in Auto CAD and similar softwares
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
Responsibilities
-Preparing drawings and plans as per site and client requirements
-Utilise design software and equipments to prepare project drawings and tools
-Ensure the designs meet safety standards and local regulations
-Work closely with the. Chief Architect and the team to understand project requirements from time to time
-Organise and maintain required files and documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
