Job Description

• 
  Minimum 20+ years of professional Experience (Relevant Experience)
• Project management for complex, exciting and innovative building construction projects in Concept/ Basic and Detail Design phases
• Development of sophisticated solutions from concept development to detail for a wide variety of building typologies
• Management of the project team with responsibility for the content and business of the project
• Central point of contact for clients, user representatives and the design team
• Precise, binding and result-oriented communication with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders
• Experience from High Tech Industry is Preferred (Semiconductor, Pharma ,

Lifesciences , Data Center , Battery / Automotive Production )

Profile

• Degree in Architecture
• At least 20 years of professional experience in design and implementation planning
• Experience in using Autodesk Revit is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of written and spoken English
• High architectural design standards and technical competence
• Assertiveness paired with entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Social skills and enjoyment of independent work
