Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Animation Faculty member to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation and a commitment to fostering student growth in both technical skills and artistic expression.

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Animation Faculty member to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animation and a commitment to fostering student growth in both technical skills and artistic expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in animation, including 2D and 3D techniques, character design, storyboarding, and visual effects.
- Develop and update curriculum to reflect current industry standards and practices.
- Mentor students on projects, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, program development, and curriculum assessment.
- Collaborate with other faculty members to enhance interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.
- Engage in professional development and stay current with trends in animation and digital media.
- Contribute to the academic community through research, publications, or creative work.
- Master’s degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proven experience in animation production and proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Animate,After Effects Maya, Blender).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of animation skills and styles.
- Teaching experience at the college level preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.
