Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to farmers on crop management, pest control, and soil fertility.
- Conduct field visits and assessments to monitor crop health and recommend best practices.
- Develop and implement sustainable farming techniques to improve yield and quality.
- Collaborate on research and development of new farming methods and technologies.
- Analyze soil samples, recommend appropriate fertilizers, and manage irrigation practices.
- Monitor and advise on crop diseases, pests, and weed management strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest agricultural trends and advancements to provide innovative solutions.
- Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in crop management, soil science, and pest control.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural technologies and sustainable farming practices.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with farmers, stakeholders, and the team.
- Ability to analyze data, perform field research, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and assessments.
- Knowledge of precision agriculture tools and techniques.
- Experience in crop recommendation, crop rotation, irrigation management, and fertilizer recommendations.
- Understanding of local agricultural conditions and climatic challenges.
