Agronomist
- Conduct field visits to assess crops and soil health, identify issues, and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Develop and implement effective agronomic strategies to optimize crop yield and quality.
- Provide guidance on appropriate crop selection, planting techniques, and nutrient management.
- Monitor and analyze crop performance, soil conditions, and pest infestations to mitigate risks and maximize productivity.
- Collaborate with farmers, agricultural consultants, and research institutions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct trials and experiments to evaluate new products, technologies, and farming methods.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations based on findings and observations.
- Train farmers and agricultural workers on proper agronomic practices and the use of new technologies.
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and environmental policies affecting agriculture.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
