Reports to: Head of School
Location: DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon
Qualifications: Postgraduate/Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in the Education/ Sales/ Hospitality Industry.
Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with admissions software is a plus.
Objective: To facilitate the admissions process for all new admissions to the school, to oversee the overall impact of parent experiences when visiting the campus, and to provide administrative support to ensure effective academic best practices in the school.
Responsibilities:
Student Admissions and Administration
- Strengthening and upgrading the vision, values, and philosophy of the school.
- To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process in accordance with school policies and standards. This includes the creation of SOPs, Parent Engagement, Students connect, and maintenance of ERPs and other relevant platforms.
- Execute presentations and guided tours of the school premises and respond to queries.
- Facilitate leadership interactions for the final stages of admissions.
- To ensure end-to-end execution of the Admission process per school policies and standards.
Event Management:
- To plan and organize activities to increase enrollments, brand enhancement, and promotional events.
Data Management and Report Writing:
- Maintain all relevant data of student enrollment on students' data management system and files.
- To analyse and share reports with the Stakeholders at regular intervals.
- Arrange for the issue of transfer certificates in all cases of withdrawal, after overseeing the completion of the ‘No Objection’ form and clearance of all dues etc.
Marketing, Communications, and Public Relations:
- Create marketing strategies and implement them to ensure brand visibility and enrollments.
- Facilitate effective outreach and communication with prospective parents and students via varied media.
