- Helping students prepare for academic selections.
- Capturing the attention of students by stating the key benefits and offerings of a particular course and program.
- Assisting students in picking the right courses.
- Providing career guidance to students.
- Providing information on the various admission procedures and requirements.
- Staying up to date with the developments and changes on the educational sector.
- Offering financial assistance to students as and when required.
- Conducting recruiting events, job fairs, and other networking opportunities.
- Interviewing students, reviewing their applications, and determining their career goals.
- Arranging campus tours as and when required.
- Assisting in obtaining funding.
- Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field
- Proven work experience as Admissions Counselor, Academic Advisor, Academic Coach.
- Complete knowledge of the education policies, regulations, and requirements
- Familiarity with various courses, programs, and educational resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly motivated individual
- Willingness to travel to different locations
- Ability to work for flexible hours
- Strong leadership skills
- Good multitasking abilities
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
