The Admission Counselor will play a key role in guiding prospective students through the admission process. You will engage with leads, answer queries, and convert inquiries into admissions. This is a sales-focused role with a focus on student outreach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential students through calls, emails, and other communication platforms.
- Provide detailed information about the courses, admission procedures, and financial assistance.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing efforts
- Assist students in filling out applications and guide them through the enrollment process.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions data.
- Coordinate with the marketing and student success teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Stay updated on course offerings and admission timelines.
- Fresh graduates (no prior experience required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a sales-oriented role and meet targets.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (training will be provided).
