As a Student Consultant Associate at SLBS Mark Lance, you will play a pivotal role in guiding prospective students through their educational journey. This role involves consulting with students and their families to understand their educational needs, providing them with relevant information about programs and courses, and assisting them in making informed decisions. You will be a crucial part of the sales team, helping to achieve enrollment targets and fostering positive relationships with prospective students. Key Responsibilities:
Consultation and Advising: Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their academic goals, interests, and career aspirations. Provide detailed information about available courses, programs, and educational pathways.
Sales and Enrollment: Guide students through the enrollment process, addressing their concerns and helping them select the right programs. Meet or exceed sales targets by converting leads into enrollments.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions. Ensure a positive experience for all stakeholders throughout the consultation and enrollment process.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, educational advancements, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to students.
Events and Outreach: Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and webinars to promote SLBS Mark Lance's offerings. Deliver presentations and workshops to prospective students and other stakeholders.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, consultations, and follow-ups. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
