Priyamshu Granites is Granite Manufacturing company with 20+ years of experience in mining and production of high quality granite. This position is for the office in Hyderabad, the candidate will mostly be working with the owners of the company assisting them in day to day activities from the home-office. As it is a home office, the candidate will most probably be working alone and will have high flexibility in working hours.
Job Responsibilities:
-Medium level proficiency is expected in Excel and Word.
-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors.
-Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
-Generates Invoices, Waybills and maintains accounts of different vendors and buyers.
-Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
-Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
Festivals and public holidays and weekends will be off.
