The Kerala Literature Festival is an annual celebration of literature, culture, and arts, bringing together authors, poets, scholars, and enthusiasts from around the globe. We aim to create an inclusive environment that fosters dialogue and promotes literary appreciation.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Coordinator to support the smooth running of the Kerala Literature Festival. The ideal candidate will have a passion for literature, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of festival logistics, including venue arrangements, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Coordinate communication among festival participants, including authors, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers.
Manage registration and ticketing processes for attendees and participants.
Maintain records and databases related to event planning and administration.
Support the marketing team with promotional activities and materials.
Assist in budget tracking and financial reporting for the festival.
Handle on-site administration during the festival, ensuring all operations run smoothly.
Address any issues or challenges that arise, providing timely solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in event planning or administrative support is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software.
Passion for literature and the arts is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Experience:
