The ideal candidate will support the day-to-day administrative operations and ensure efficient office functionality. Responsibilities: * Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. * Answer and direct phone calls, greet visitors, and provide general support. * Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate documentation. * Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required. * Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. * Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs as necessary. * Assist in organizing company events and meetings. * Perform other administrative tasks as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred. * Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point) and other relevant software. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. * Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. * Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
