Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage our company’s financial transactions and support sales operations. The ideal candidate will handle account receivables, follow up on pending payments, manage purchases, and work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts receivables and follow up on overdue payments.
- Process and manage invoices for purchases and sales.
- Coordinate with clients on financial matters, including payment schedules and clarifications.
- Collaborate with the projects team to ensure timely invoicing and payment tracking.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software.
- Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Resolve payment discrepancies and coordinate with vendors and customers.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in finance or sales operations roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, Zoho or similar).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a cross-functional role involving both finance and sales.
- Familiarity with international payment processing and client management.
- Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or product design company is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.99 - ₹40,000.80 per month
