Position: Accounts Executive About Position: We are looking for and Accounts Executive to join our Accounts & Finance Department. Qualification and Experience Requirements:
Minimum three to five years relevant experience.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Hands on experience working with General Ledgers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
Proficient with EPR Systems (SAP or Oracle).
Assist with the preparation of financial statements, analysis and reconcile, General Ledger, Debtors, Creditors, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliations.
Post Journal Entries for accrued expenses, recurring entries, and revenue, maintaining Fixed Assets and Depreciation, Amortization etc.
Prepare and file local compliance reports as necessary (VAT).
UAE Tax awareness would be an advantage (VAT, Corporate Tax, and Labor compliance like WPS.)
Prepare MIS Reports, Inventories Reports and reconciliation, Internal Audit exposure.
Act as a liaison for vendors and client to reconcile any billing discrepancies and payments, discounts rates etc.
Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft programs especially the Excel.
Well-presented, honest, ethical, and dependable.
Batchelor’s and Master’s Degree in Accounts and Finance.
Preference for immediate joiners
