Job Summary:
The Banking Accounts Executive is responsible for managing client accounts and fostering strong relationships with customers to enhance their banking experience. The role involves providing expert advice on banking products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Account Management: Maintain and manage customer relationships, ensuring all accounts are serviced effectively and efficiently.
Sales and Marketing: Promote and sell banking products and services to new and existing clients. Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell.
Customer Support: Address client inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts, transactions, and services. Ensure timely resolution of issues.
Transaction Processing: Assist customers with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan applications.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to banking regulations and internal policies. Stay updated on compliance requirements and changes in banking laws.
Reporting: Prepare and maintain reports on account activities, sales performance, and customer feedback for management review.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other banking staff to provide seamless service and share information relevant to client accounts.
Client Education: Educate clients about various banking products, services, and digital banking tools to enhance their financial literacy and banking experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in banking, finance, or customer service roles preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
