Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Operator and Account Executive with experience in ERP software, Tally, and GST filing for our Kochi office. The ideal candidate will have basic accounting knowledge, proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. The role involves various responsibilities, including invoicing, report preparation, data entry for sales and purchases, GST filing, and interacting with customers and vendors to ensure a smooth sales and invoicing process. The candidate should also be comfortable with other administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain data related to sales, purchases, and other financial transactions in ERP systems and Tally.
Invoicing: Generate and process invoices in a timely manner.
Report Preparation: Compile and prepare regular reports related to sales, purchases, and financial activities using Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
GST Filing: Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns, maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks as needed, including filing, documentation, and office support.
ERP & Tally Management: Utilize ERP software and Tally for day-to-day operations and reporting.
Excel & Microsoft Office: Use Excel for data analysis, creating spreadsheets, and generating reports; proficiently use other Microsoft Office applications for documentation and communication.
Customer and Vendor Interaction: Engage with customers and vendors to facilitate smooth sales and invoicing processes.
Accuracy & Timeliness: Ensure all data entry and reporting tasks are completed with high accuracy and within deadlines.

Accuracy of data entry and reporting

Qualifications:
Education: Graduation in Commerce or related field preferred
Experience: Prior experience working with ERP software and Tally is required. Knowledge of GST filing is an added advantage.
