Account Executive
Job Summary:
We're seeking an organized and analytical Account Executive to manage our financial records, prepare quotations, and ensure seamless customer transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain Daybook, E-way bills, and other financial documents.
2. Develop and manage quotations for UPVC, Aluminum, and interior design projects.
3. Coordinate with customers for cash collection and payment follow-ups.
4. Analyze financial data to optimize business operations.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
1. Qualification: BCom or Any Graduate with Mathematics as one subject.
(Consideration for non-commerce graduates with Mathematics or ITI/Diploma holders in Civil Engineering)
2. Basic Excel skills and analytical thinking.
3. Knowledge of UPVC, Aluminum, and interior design industry (preferable).
