Account Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays off)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including checking invoices, purchase orders, and reconciling accounts.
- Timely processing of invoices, payment chasing, and maintaining updates on quotations, sales orders, and other system data entries.
- Handle corporate finance activities, including cash flow management and budgeting.
- Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.
- Oversee GST filing, TDS filing, and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Manage the filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) and address all matters related to income tax.
- Collaborate with auditors and regulatory authorities for accurate reporting and compliance.
- Support financial audits by providing relevant data and documentation.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Handle account reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and ensure timely updates of financial data.
- The candidate must have must have atleast 1-2 years of experience.
- The candidate should be graduate.
- Should have knowledge of bank reconciliation, accounts receivable, & accounts payable, handling invoices and payments with vendors.
- The candidate should be well versed with MS- Excel and MS-Word.
- The candidate must have good written and verbal communication.
