Job Description: Freelancer - Academic Teacher Trainer (Jammu and Kashmir)
We are looking for an experienced Freelancer - Academic Teacher Trainer to conduct training sessions for teachers in our schools located in Jammu and Kashmir. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in academic training, effective teaching methodologies, and excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per day

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive and comprehensive academic training sessions for teachers at our schools in Jammu and Kashmir.
- Customize training modules based on the curriculum, teacher needs, and school standards.
- Provide guidance on modern teaching techniques, classroom management, and subject-specific strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs and suggest improvements.
- Ensure alignment with the educational goals of the institution.
- Travel to various school locations in Jammu and Kashmir as required.
- Proven experience as an Academic Trainer or Teacher Trainer.
- Strong expertise in curriculum development and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage teachers and improve their teaching skills.
- Familiarity with modern educational tools and technology.
- Experience in training teachers for K-12 or preschool levels is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with knowledge of local languages (preferred).
- Up to INR 5000 per day per training session, inclusive of traveling expenses.
