Job Title: Academic Counselor
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Academic Counselor to guide students in their academic journey in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Multimedia courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of these fields and excellent communication skills to provide personalized support to students.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide academic guidance and support to students in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, and Multimedia courses.
2. Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand students' career goals.
3. Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends and job market demands to inform counseling sessions.
4. Monitor student progress and provide interventions to ensure successful course completion.
5. Foster relationships with industry partners to facilitate internships, job placements, and mentorship opportunities.
7. Develop and deliver workshops on topics like resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
8. Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.
Requirements:
1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
2. 0-6 months of experience in academic counseling or related field.
3. Willing to attend job training session.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
