Duties & Responsibilities
Any Degree/PG/MSW
Experience:
Freshers or experienced in a similar role in an academic set up
Skills:
· Effective English oral and written communication skills.
· Basic Computer skills-MS Office
· Interpersonal Skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Job Title: Academic Counsellor
Duties & Responsibilities
- Convert leads into admissions: Identify prospective students, nurture their interest, and guide them through the application process to secure enrolment.
- Be a trusted counsellor: Utilize your excellent communication skills to build rapport with students, answer their questions, and address their concerns about academics, careers, and social integration.
- Become a course selection pro: Assist students in choosing the right academic path based on their individual goals, interests, and strengths.
- Stay organized and proactive: Manage your schedule effectively, conduct regular follow-up calls with students, and ensure a smooth enrolment process.
- Expand your outreach: Assist with lead generation strategies, including tele calling (experience a plus!) and digital marketing initiatives.
- Go the extra mile: Perform additional tasks related to admissions and coordination, demonstrating your commitment to the team's success.
- Make a real difference: Provide one-on-one guidance, support, and encouragement to ensure students thrive academically and socially.
Any Degree/PG/MSW
