The Third-Party Management Operations (TPM Ops) is a centralized function that delivers common operational Third-Party Management (TPM) processes for all external third party relationships. First Line of Defence providing Citi businesses with TPM operational support and performing various controls on behalf of Citi businesses.
Through managing the day-to-day transactional processes, Citi’s TPM Operations plays a pivotal role in supporting Citi’s mission. We are seeking a Third-Party Management & Sourcing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team.
The TPM & Sourcing Operations Analyst is responsible for participating in Third-Party Management and Sourcing operational activities. You will be responsible for daily transaction processing, including workload and coordination; ensuring that all items are handled in a controlled and compliant manner according to all internal policies and procedures, and external rules and regulations.
What you’ll do
Facilitate Citi businesses’ ongoing compliance with Third Party Management requirements outlined in Citi policies and standards
Support ongoing monitoring activities through the evaluation of different questionnaires for Insurance Coverage, HR Management, Subcontractor Reliance, Corporate Responsibilities, Exit Strategy etc.
Perform quality control reviews for third-party risk management activities and provide credible challenges to accountable / responsible parties
Monitor progress on agreed upon third-party remediation activities and escalate issues as necessary
Liaise with Third Party Officers (TPOs) and Business Activity Owners (BAOs) to provide guidance on policy compliance and overall third-party risk management requirements
Fulfil Single Point Of Contact role (SPOC) and SPOC Backup role if it is assigned
Engage with Business Stakeholders and Suppliers while completing third party controls
Execute common, standardized third-party risk management processes, managed centrally by the TPU
Act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders to provide process support throughout the third-party management life cycle
Support reporting activities as required
What we’ll need from you
1-3 years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications
Working knowledge of business specific policies and standards involving Third Party financial due diligence
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Fluent written and spoken level of English
