- Learning and Managing Documentation: Become familiar with the technical file of our product portfolio.
- Supporting Documentation Development: Assist in developing technical documentation to comply with global regulations.
- Liaising with Distributors: Maintain contact and exchange data and information with distributors, fulfilling interim registration requests.
- Updating Registration Database: Keep the registration database current and accurate.
- Documentation in task manager program: register and follow up tasks related to product registration
- Customer complaint handling: Participate in complaint handling process, implement investigation, and communication with customers
- Product release: release semi-finished and finished products
